How long will my piece take to arrive?

We allow up to 2 weeks from the time of the order for the pieces to be made, although it may take less than this, then the piece will be sent 1st class signed for by royal mail and will arrive the following day. Orders are sent Monday - Friday. 

What sizes do the one size fits all fit?

Typically they will fit anything below a UK 14, but if you are a requiring a different size please email [email protected] and we can do a custom order for you. 

The item i want is sold out will it come back into stock?

The best thing to do is email [email protected] regarding stock.

I would like a different postage method, how do i do this?

Our default is to send everything 1st class signed for but if you would like a different method (collection/2nd class/parcelforce) either contact us before making the order so we can calculate the new postage for you or place your order and we can refund/add on the difference.

I'd like to collect my order rather than pay postage

No problem please enter the code STUDIOCOLLECTION at the checkout to remove the postage. We are based in north London, please email us for our full email address and to arrange a pick up date.

Do you do returns?

If the piece is undamaged/unworn by the buyer we will provide a full refund, buyer pays return postage.
